Do you take a commission on sales?

No. You pay the monthly plan and nothing else. What you sell stays yours — unlike platforms that take a percentage of every order, where the cost goes up exactly when things start going well.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. The plan is monthly, with no minimum term and no exit fee. Write to us and the plan stops at the end of the month.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You take it with you. The panel has an export button for your products, orders and customers. Your data stays yours — it is not a way to keep you.

Do I need a developer?

No. Send us your catalogue in any format and you get a working store back. After that you run it yourself, including from your phone.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, from Starter. Until you connect it, your shop runs on a subdomain of ours and works in full.

What does “set up by us” mean for integrations?

That you are not handed a form full of API keys. We wire up the bol.com, Sameday or payment connection using your own account details. You sign the contract with them; we do the rest.
