You take €5,000 a month by card through a provider other than Shopify Payments, on Basic: Shopify adds 2%, so €100 a month on top of the plan. With Shopify Payments or cash on delivery, that fee doesn’t apply.

No. The extra Shopify fee only applies to card payments through a provider other than Shopify Payments. Cash on delivery and other manual payments don’t carry it.
Because we chose something else: the integrations that matter in our markets come included, not as apps to install and pay for separately.
